CANTON, Mass. (December 10, 2018) – Over 220 moviegoers attended Bank of Canton’s free Frozen movie matinee on Saturday, December 8. It was the bank’s fourth year hosting a free holiday movie for the community in its corporate auditorium, complete with movie popcorn and refreshments as well as special appearances this year by princesses Elsa and Anna.
The bank asked attendees to bring two non-perishable items for the Canton Food Pantry in lieu of paid admission, which resulted in 190 pounds of donated food and personal care items.
The free movie matinee was part of Bank of Canton’s holiday program, which also includes a youth craft contest and mitten trees to collect hats, scarves, and mittens for local charities through the end of the month. More information is available at www.ibankcanton.com.
