- Direct and oversee the workflow of all branch operations
- Ensure branch sales and service goals are achieved
- Participate regularly in community and civic organizations as a means of promoting the bank

- Responsible for engagement of appraisers and complete management of the appraisal order process for commercial and construction loans, in accordance with FDIC and USPAP guidelines
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word required
- 1-3 Years of commercial loan servicing experience preferred
