  • Oversees the administration of the teller line and provides exceptional service to all customers.
  • Ensures appropriate service is provided to all customers through tellers.
  • Serve as customer service representative as needed.
  • Prior teller experience required.

  • Provides exceptional customer service within established policies and guidelines.
  • Primary responsibility within the branch is to serve as teller, but will also train and utilize learned skills at the customer service platform as needed.
  • Sells and cross-sells all bank products.
  • Prior banking experience preferred.

  • Responsible for installation and support of computer hardware and software at multiple sites throughout the bank.
  • Support the Windows and Fiserv environment.
  • Prior Microsoft operating environment experience or equivalent computer certification/degree program required.

  • Process and monitor accounts payable entries.
  • Prior accounting experience required.
  • Community banking experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
