Three Steps
Our Online Application consists of three simple steps:
- Step 1 – Download and review our account & fee disclosures.
- Step 2 – Choose your account, and enter your personal information.
- Step 3 – Verify your information with our Customer Service team, provide a signature, and fund your new account.
You will be asked to send us your initial deposit and a “signature card” that our Customer Service team will mail to you. Or – for faster processing – you can provide your signature and deposit at any branch during business hours. Your account is officially activated once we receive your signature and deposit.
Eligibility
Before you begin, make sure you meet all the Online Application eligibility requirements:
- You’re at least 18 years old.
- You have a valid email address.
- You’re a U.S. citizen, or resident alien with a valid social security or tax ID number.
- You have one or both of the following: an existing customer relationship with Bank of Canton or BOC Financial Services OR a Massachusetts residential address within our immediate service area (Abington, Avon, Braintree, Brockton, Canton, Dedham, Dorchester, Holbrook, Hyde Park, Mattapan, Milton, Norwood, Quincy, Randolph, Sharon, Stoughton, Walpole, Westwood or Weymouth). Call us for assistance if you are not a customer and reside elsewhere in Massachusetts.
