Jon Dunlap Joins Bank of Canton as Regional Lending Manager

Senior mortgage loan officer to serve Worcester County and MetroWest areas

Regional Lending Manager Jon Dunlap (NMLS #26787)

CANTON, Mass. (June 14, 2024) – Senior mortgage originator Jon Dunlap was recently named regional lending manager at Bank of Canton. Working out of the bank’s 850 Southbridge Street office in Auburn, Dunlap will provide home financing solutions to clients located primarily in the MetroWest and Worcester County areas.

“Over the 22 years I’ve spent in mortgage industry, I’ve established many long-term relationships with clients and partners,” said Dunlap. “Bank of Canton has an impressive lineup of home financing options, including access to agency programs and grants that make housing more affordable. I’m eager to share these new options with potential homebuyers, past clients, and partners, and help more people realize the dream of homeownership.”

Dunlap has been a senior loan officer with local, regional, and national mortgage companies. He is a former co-owner of Lendmark Mortgage Corporation of Woburn.

A former college basketball player, Dunlap received his BA degree from UMass Dartmouth. He has four children who live in Natick, and in his spare time he enjoys coaching in the town’s youth sports programs.

The class also provides information on the range of programs and financing resources available to first-time buyers.

    The curriculum meets the requirements for loan products and assistance programs that have an education requirement. Attendance is required at both sessions to receive a certificate of completion.
