Intention to Relocate a Branch: 35 Memorial Pkwy, Randolph

The Bank of Canton, Canton, Massachusetts, has petitioned the Massachusetts Division of Banks for permission to relocate a branch office from 67 North Main Street, Randolph, Massachusetts, to 35 Memorial Parkway, Randolph, Massachusetts.

Any objections or comments relative to this proposal must be communicated in writing to the Commissioner of Banks, Mary L. Gallagher, One Federal Street, Suite 710, Boston, Massachusetts, 02110, or dob.comments@mass.gov no later than two weeks from June 12, 2026.

The proposed relocation is projected to occur on January 15, 2027, after which customers may obtain full banking services at 35 Memorial Parkway, Randolph, Massachusetts.
