Scam Notice: Fake Fraud Alerts
Some customers have reported receiving false alerts about fraudulent charges, with scammers posing as employees from the bank or other financial service providers. Remember, if you get an unexpected text, email, or call asking for your card number, codes, PINs, or other sensitive info – even if Caller ID shows a legitimate number, or the caller knows some of your personal information, or you’re told it’s for “verification purposes only” – stop the communication contact us right away.
