Amy Tierce Joins Bank of Canton as Regional Lending Manager

Accomplished mortgage professional to help grow bank’s lending program

Regional Lending Manager Amy Tierce (NMLS #15695)

CANTON, Mass. (May 2, 2024) – Decorated mortgage originator Amy Tierce has been appointed regional lending manager at Bank of Canton. Named 2020 Affiliate of the Year by the REALTORS® Association of Southeast Massachusetts and a 2021 Top Originator by Scotsman Guide, she will provide clients throughout the Greater Boston area with personalized home financing solutions from Bank of Canton’s suite of lending products.

“I’m so excited to be a part of the Bank of Canton team,” said Tierce. “With today’s challenging real estate market, it’s even more important to work with others who hold the same high standards of customer service and ethical lending. The bank prioritizes the customer experience and is deeply committed to community engagement and education, as am I. I can’t wait to get started.”

Over her 30 years in the mortgage industry, Tierce has built successful regional lending operations for national mortgage companies, including branch offices in the Greater Boston area that closed hundreds of millions in originations annually. She has been a national speaker and panelist, and chaired the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association’s Education Committee as well as the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®’ (GBAR) Affiliate Committee. She also volunteers her time as a mentor at Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll) on the south coast.

“It’s hard to overstate the passion that Amy brings to her profession and her community,” said J. Scott Gannon (NMLS #80565), senior vice president of residential and consumer lending at Bank of Canton. “Her work ethic is second to none, as demonstrated by her accomplishments and her client relationships. We’re very excited to have her join the team and add to our success.”
