An investment property line of credit (also known as an investment property HELOC) provides borrowers with a convenient line of credit secured by their investment property. One- to four-family, non-owner-occupied properties are eligible.
Our investment property line of credit features a five-year draw period and ten-year repayment period, plus:
- Competitive rate, plus a 0.50% rate discount for automatic monthly payments from a Bank of Canton checking or savings account
- No initial draw required
- Line limit as high as 60% of investment property’s appraised value (up to $350,000)
- Low $250 application fee
- Interest may be tax deductible (consult your tax advisor)
