CANTON, Mass. (January 7, 2019) – Bank of Canton’s 67 North Main Street branch in Randolph recently concluded its mitten tree collection drive benefiting Randolph’s Friendly Food Pantry. Branch customers, employees and visitors donated 95 handmade and newly purchased hats, mittens, socks and scarves, which adored the branch’s mitten tree throughout the month of December.
The mitten tree collection drive was part of Bank of Canton’s bank-wide holiday promotion, which also included a free public showing of the animated film Frozen at the bank’s 250-seat auditorium in Canton, as well as a craft contest for young artists that awarded $1,200 in cash prizes.
