CANTON, Mass. (February 2, 2017) – Bank of Canton has promoted Kathie Ludecker to assistant vice president and branch manager of the bank’s 67 North Main Street branch in downtown Randolph. A Randolph native with over 30 years’ banking experience, Ms. Ludecker brings extensive banking knowledge and expertise to her new role.

“I’m very excited,” said Ms. Ludecker. “It’s an honor. I’m lucky to have such a great team here at the Randolph branch. I’m excited to continue working with our established customers, who are terrific, and I’m also looking forward to bringing in new business and new relationships. 2017 is going to be a big year.”

Ms. Ludecker joined Bank of Canton in 2000 as an assistant branch manager and helped launch the bank’s Randolph branch. She began her banking career in 1984 with U.S. Trust and later Citizens Bank, where she worked as a customer service representative, assistant branch manager and ultimately branch manager in Braintree.

“I’m eager to see Kathie take this branch to the next level,” said Senior Vice President of Retail Banking Anthony F. Caruso. “She’s committed to excellence; she knows how to find solutions for customers; and she embodies the spirit of community banking in her work with local organizations. She’s forged strong ties in the Randolph community, and through her accomplishments and enthusiasm she represents our bank extremely well.”

In addition to her responsibilities at Bank of Canton, Ms. Ludecker also serves as the president of the Randolph Chamber of Commerce. She is the treasurer of EMMA (Eastern Massachusetts Multiple Autism Scholarships), and an active member of the Randolph Lions Club and the Randolph chapter of the AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary.
