Privacy Policy

Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information is very important to Bank of Canton. We may monitor the traffic flow on our website in order to enhance our online product and service offerings. We use personal access codes and passwords to identify our authorized online banking customers. Our security measures rely on these codes remaining confidential and we strongly recommend that you do not share these access codes and passwords with others.

If you have provided identification (i.e., name, address, etc.) via email or information request forms, the information will only be used to communicate with you regarding your inquiry.

Emails and our information request forms may not be secure. Therefore, we ask that when you communicate with us using email or information request forms, you send only information that is not of a confidential or sensitive nature. If you need to communicate personal information, such as your account number or social security number, you may want to provide it to us by phone or regular mail. You may, at your own risk, submit personal information to us via email or information request forms when it is more convenient for you or you wish to obtain a quick response.

For your convenience, our website may allow you to transfer to websites maintained by other organizations. You should be aware that any personal information you release on such websites is governed by the privacy policies of those organizations, and not the Privacy Policy of Bank of Canton.

Protecting children's identities and information online is important. Bank of Canton does not knowingly solicit data from children online, nor do we market our online products and services to children.
