Bank of Canton Receives "Special Achievement Award" for Minority Lending

June 2007- Bank of Canton was recently awarded with The Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency's (MassHousing) "Special Achievement Award" for Minority Lending. This award was presented to Bank of Canton for issuing the most loans to minority borrowers in the state of Massachusetts. Bank of Canton closed on a total of 78 first-time mortgage loans in 2006, 36 percent of those loans being issued to minority borrowers.
