Bank of Canton's Brookline Office Holds Branch Luau
May 2007- Bank of Canton recently held a Luau at its Brookline branch office at 166 Harvard Street in celebration of the launch of its newest account, Convenience Checking. Highlights of the event included hula dance lessons, a world class hula performance and a hula hoop contest. The winner of the hula hoop contest received a $50 American Express gift certificate and had a chance to compete for a prize worth $500 at the Brockton ROX's "Bank of Canton Night" on Friday, May 25. Pictured here, Bank of Canton Hula Dancers take a moment to pose with Brookline residents (l to r) Juliana Cardona, Xenifer Montoya and North Quincy's Brianna, Robert and Britney Broderick for a picture.
"Everyone had a great time at the event. The children loved the hula hoop contest and everyone learned how to master the art of hula dance," said Elaine Joseph, Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of Bank of Canton's Brookline branch. "We were excited to host such a fun event and were excited to cheer on our Brookline winner at the Brockton ROX game."
Keeping up with the Hawaiian theme, Bank of Canton is also giving away a trip for two to Hawaii in honor of their new Convenience Checking account. Customers with a Convenience Checking account can use any of the 400,000 ATMs nationwide without incurring Bank of Canton fees. The Bank also automatically refunds the ATM fees other banks charge up to $15 per month.
"What better way to say 'aloha' to ATM fees than to have two lucky customers experience the benefits of Convenience Checking first-hand while on a great Hawaiian vacation," said Anthony Caruso, Senior Vice President of Branch Administration at Bank of Canton.
