Bank of Canton Hosts Homeless Veterans Event

November 2006- More than 400 guests attended the Fourth Annual Leave No One Behind fundraiser dinner and silent auction, raising nearly $300,000 for the New England Shelter for Homeless Veterans. Bank of Canton served as a Gold Sponsor for the black tie event, which was held on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 in the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center Boston's grand ballroom. Ambassador L. Paul Bremer, III, former Presidential Envoy to Iraq, was the Keynote Speaker and Major Joseph Ewers, USA, was a Guest Speaker, who shared his experiences from his tour of duty in Iraq. James D. Egan, Bank of Canton President and CEO, served as co-chair for the event and NECN Anchor Chet Curtis served as Master of Ceremonies for the second consecutive year.
