Bank of Canton Promotes Angelica Mirabito to Branch Coordinator

September 2006- James D. Egan, President & Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Canton, is pleased to announce the appointment of Angelica Mirabito to Branch Coordinator for all six of the bank's branches throughout Canton, Brookline, Quincy, Randolph and Hyannis. Reporting directly to Anthony Caruso, Senior Vice President of Branch Administration, Mirabito is based at Bank of Canton's Corporate Headquarters located at 490 Turnpike Street in Canton.

Mirabito was previously the Assistant Manager of the Brookline branch, a position she held for more than a year. As Branch Coordinator, she will be responsible for supporting all the day-to-day activities of the branches, including compliance monitoring, sales initiatives and required reporting.

An industry veteran with more than 25 years experience, Mirabito spent 17 years as Branch Coordinator and Regional Operations Manager for Bay State Federal Bank in Brookline, Mass. Prior to that, she worked for Compass Bank for Savings.
