Bank of Canton Hosts Legislative Breakfast
March 2006- Bank of Canton hosted a Legislative Breakfast on March 15th at its Corporate Headquarters, located at 490 Turnpike Street in Canton. House Majority Leader Representative John H. Rogers and Stephen Adams, New England Regional Advocate for the Small Business Association's U.S. Office of Advocacy, spoke on the importance of the small business community in Massachusetts. The National Federation of Independent Business coordinated the event, in conjunction with the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
"Creating an environment that stimulates the growth of small businesses is of paramount importance to the Massachusetts economy," said Stephen Costello, Executive Vice President of Bank of Canton. "Bank of Canton supports this growth by offering a wide range of products and services for small businesses and encourages cooperation between legislative leaders, federal agencies and the business community to foster economic expansion."
