Bank of Canton Hires Adam Coldwell as Vice President, Marketing Director

March 2006- James D. Egan, President & Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Canton, is pleased to announce that Adam Coldwell was hired as the Vice President, Marketing Director for Bank of Canton. Based at Bank of Canton's corporate office at 557 Washington Street in Canton, Coldwell will play an instrumental role in communicating Bank of Canton's brand messages across all consumer and business media. His duties include developing and managing all integrated marketing strategies for Bank of Canton's entire branch network throughout Canton, Quincy, Randolph, Brookline and Hyannis.

Coldwell has more than seven years of experience in marketing, four of which were spent as a market research manager and consultant in the banking industry. Before joining Bank of Canton, Coldwell worked as a Market Research Manager at Salem Five Bank in Salem, Mass. There, he was instrumental in analyzing and monitoring bank performance through its customer database, executing online marketing campaigns, branch-wide promotions and direct mail campaigns. Previously, he worked as a Market Research Project Manager for Citizen's Bank in Westwood, Mass., where he managed and executed more than 80 retail, small business and online banking research studies.

Coldwell received both an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems and an M.S. in Information Age Marketing from Bentley Graduate School of Business in Waltham, Mass. He received a B.S. in Management from Bentley College. A Quincy resident, Coldwell is an active member of the American Bankers' Association Marketing Network of New England.
