Blue Hill Montessori School Students Help Bank of Canton Celebrate its 175th Anniversary

April 14, 2010 – Stephen P. Costello, President and CEO of Bank of Canton, is pleased to announce the Bank has received a commemorative banner celebrating its 175th anniversary from the students at The Blue Hill Montessori School in Canton. Bank representatives visited the school on April 9 and presented the students with Bank of Canton piggy banks and celebratory cupcakes to thank them for their very thoughtful and creative work. Bank of Canton has laminated the banner and plans to display it in their Route 138 branch and post it on their website.

"One of our teachers read about the 175th anniversary, so we had the children at our school make the banner to extend our warm congratulations for the wonderful service Bank of Canton has provided to us for the past three decades," said Michelle Taylor, Head of School at The Blue Hill Montessori School. "As a small, private non-profit Montessori school, Bank of Canton has always treated us as a valued customer, not like another 'number' and this is just another example of the warm relationship they can develop with their customers."
